Waukesha County is hosting an ICS-400 Advanced ICS course presented by TEEX on October 6th and 7th, at the Waukesha County EOC. ICS-400 prepares public safety and incident management personnel to operate within the Incident Command System in major or complex incidents and introduces participants to the concept of Area Command for Type 1 & 2 incidents. ICS-400 is also a prerequisite for many other valuable courses, such as Command & General Staff and Position-Specific incident management courses. This is the only ICS-400 course scheduled for Waukesha County in 2026. Additional participants are needed to ensure the course is delivered. Please share within your organization and with partner agencies that may be interested.
