SWHSP Education Session: Emerging UAS Threats & Statewide Training Resources
Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) technology is advancing rapidly, bringing new security risks and operational challenges for both public and private sector organizations. Special Agent Scott Mahloch, Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator with the Milwaukee FBI, will provide an overview of the FBI's Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Program and the growing threats posed by UAS / drones and other emerging technologies. This session will explore security implications for public safety, critical infrastructure, and private sector organizations.
WEM Training Resource Information Session
Troy “Klem” Klemstein, WCEM-P, Training & Exercise Supervisor with Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM), will provide an overview of free statewide training opportunities and other resources available to public and private sector organizations to enhance readiness.
